Coaching development
Aspirant instructors (coaches) are given the support, supervision and
direction required to lead them smoothly through their development.
The canoe club always welcomes new coaching members and has provided coaching
assistance to the University of Plymouth and Marjon's College
and to the Plymouth Coaching Panel.
The annual programme provides coaching in several disciplines at a
variety of levels.
